Buxton Museum invites you all to see the new exhibition from Tony Hall, titled "From Life"
Tony Hall draws from life, from familiar things, close at hand: a person, some flowers, a jacket. Each drawing is made in a single sitting, sometimes with pencil and paper, at other times on a lithographic or copper plate to make a print, or digitally on an iPad. The aim, whatever the medium, is to make as direct a connection as possible between what is seen and what is drawn.
There is also a special chance to meet the Artist on Saturday 13th July between 2pm and 4pm.
